Thanks to Jennifer of JD Waterhouse Photography I have an amazing Canvas (and several prints) of my 3 year old son!
She was so great! I stepped aside and waited from afar watching her work with him, laugh with him and get his genuine smiles and looks just through interaction instead of getting his normal "cheese" face in the pics! She brought a ball and let him throw it at her and away from her and he behaved perfectly and had a blast working with "Ms. Jen"!

I was thrilled with the experience from start to finish. You arrived to the session on time and well-prepared with the perfect props, blankets and backgrounds. The most important thing that arrived was an attitude of excitement for what the shoot would bring. Having a seven-day-old was unpredictable, but you remained extremely calm, patient and flexible. The candid looks you got from my older son were just so "him", and I find those natural expressions very difficult to capture on camera.
I strongly recommend giving JD Waterhouse a chance to give you the natural, artistic images you crave to help you savor each stage in life of your family and loved ones. The final result, the prints, are cherished and showcased in our home.

pictures!!And then the "official" word after seeing her final images...
My ideal photographer is one that captures the true personalities of my children and family. It is one that captures my son and daughter as I see them. Jennifer is that photographer. The love that we have as a family truly comes through in her photography. When I look back at these pictures in years to come, I will remember my family with those expressions of their personalities that I love today.
